Why is the KZ Qigong project important to us?

Kathy:
Starting the KZ Qigong project was part of my own healing process. I have learned that what gives me hope in difficult times is the thought that my personal experience can be useful to others who may be going through something similar—to help ease or prevent their pain and suffering.
My motivation with this project is to share the lessons I have learned. Moreover, I look forward to sharing a sisterhood with other women, especially those who have experienced pain and hardship. I believe in a light that shines through each one of our wounds and gives us a renewed strength and courage to help uplift others…
Rise up, girls! ?
My favorite quote and motto for my life is…
“If you want to awaken all of humanity, then awaken all of yourself. If you want to eliminate the suffering in the world, then eliminate all that is dark and negative in yourself. Truly, the greatest gift you have to give is that of your own self-transformation.”

Zuza:
Creation of KZ Qigong is my response to women that I met on my life journey. Some of them are not with us any more, but their warriors spirits are still alive in my heart encouraging me to never give up, seeking truth and going for my crazy ideas to heal the world. Because … why not?
Steve Jobs said, “The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do.”
Therefore… Welcome to the KZ(crazy) Qigong 🙂
